Once you have purchased the California membership plan that works best for you, you will have immediate access to all-time low Halo prices and membership benefits. Due to shipping restrictions implemented by the 2021 PACT Act, it is no longer legal to ship vape products via the United States Postal Service (USPS). FedEx and UPS have since elected to ban the shipment of vape products as well. Because of this fairly recent embargo, Halo Vape Club now works with a regional California carrier to deliver your favorite Halo vape products to you. Due to the updated order fulfillment and shipping process, we ask that if you are located in California, you allow 2-3 weeks for your Halo Vape Club order to arrive. Be sure that you or someone over the age of 21 is available to receive and sign for your Halo Vape Club order. If you are worried that someone over the age of 21 will not be present to accept your package, we suggest that you have your order shipped to a friend or family member’s home, or to your workplace if feasible.
